Porn Babe Amber Peach Supports Barack Obama...

Oprah Winfrey is putting her resources towards Barack Obama, but porn actress Amber Peach is another celebrity whose support may arouse interest in his campaign. When Amber Peach isn't starring in films like "Butt Pirates Of The Caribbean," "Black Dick For The White Chick" and "Stretched Out Snatch 2," she keeps active by supporting various political causes including Obama's presidential campaign. Barack Obama's campaign has asked Amber Peach to canvass door to door!

"I like his viewpoints, and the fact that he hasn´t had as much time in Washington as the other candidates," Amber said. "I know that, as a woman, I should support Hillary Clinton, but she seems like a robot."

Amber's MySpace page is devoted to her pet political causes, including the Obama campaign, and she admits not all fans of her film work want her exposing her political beliefs. Amber's declaration of support for Obama isn't going unrecognized by his campaign. She says officials from his Los Angeles office have asked her to canvass for him door-to-door.

"I'm for it, but I don't want to hurt the campaign because I'm a porn star," she said, adding that she might get more support visiting colleges than, say, churches. She is also considering offering autographs and other Peachy items to fans if they register to vote before their state's primary. In addition, Amber Peach also wants to volunteer at the polls, but fears she might be rejected because of her source of income.

Amber says she has always been political, even as a child when she was the daughter of "two hippies in Mobilie, Alabama." However, she admits "economical, not political factors," were behind her decision to go into porn four years ago.

Still, she adds, now that she has reached a certain level of fame, she does try to use it to promote causes that are important to her. Like universal health care. "Most of us in the adult industry don't have health care. We can't get health care because of what we do," she said. "We should be treated like professional athletes. If we get injured, if we get a staph infection, we can't work."

Despite that job hazard, Peach says she isn't ashamed of her career choice and enjoys her work. "The sex is fun, I love my job," she said. That said, she admits she doesn't discuss politics on the job, whether it be hand or blow...
